Several years ago, my wife lost her dog, Jimmy. She had him as a baby, he was literally her kid. I came into the picture when Jimmy was 5 years old. I had an idea a few years ago to have a locket made to honor his memory, and that my wife could always have close to her heart. After a Google search, and some wrong answer and unanswered emails, I got a reply from ArsAura. I told Paulina, who was super friendly, my idea. She referred me to Sergey. We communicated by texting to share thoughts. It was very important to me that the locket would be Rose Gold. I had other responses that only wanted to work with yellow gold or silver. I made the deposit and he got to work shortly thereafter. He sent me pictures of the progress and stayed in touch throughout the process. I was a little worried about the possibility of losing the money in the beginning, but my fears were eliminated as Sergey always kept me updated. In the end, the piece is beautiful. I love the fact that the engraving of Jimmy’s name and the shooting star look authentic, meaning done by hand and not by a machine. That is also a testament to Sergey's talent. The area he was working with was fairly small but the result is beautiful. The work was done with pride, and it shows. If you have an idea for something precious for someone special, you cannot go wrong with Sergey. He offered some outside thoughts to my original idea that made the end result better, more special. I can’t convey how happy I (and my wife????) are with the locket. The whole experience was great, and memorable.
